Ballet body conditioning
Ballet Body Conditioning (BBCon) is a unique mix of Pilates and ballet-based floor work.

This is a new class for students aged 10+ with no upper age limit. The hour long session combines Pilates, body conditioning, stretching and ballet based floor work.

BBCon seeks to improve:

  • flexibility
  • strength
  • fitness levels
  • stamina, and
  • coordination.

It also helps to tone all body areas.
