Ballet and Pilates Adult Workshop (London)
Experience an energising morning of dance and body conditioning with an emphasis on enjoyment.
This non-syllabus ballet class focuses on developing classical ballet technique and artistry. It will include barre and centre exercises, and travelling enchainment.
This is followed by a mat-based Pilates class aimed at improving core strength and posture. Focusing on deep breathing and the mind-body connection, this is a great way to increase your fitness and to learn new skills.
Both sessions are taught by a BASI Qualified Pilates Instructor and RAD teacher, and are suitable for adults aged 18 and over with some dance experience.
