The Royal Academy of Dance offers a wide range of courses, classes and workshops for young people
We send out certificates, result forms, and medals (for Pre-Primary in Dance and Primary in Dance) directly to teachers by a specific target date. This date is set four weeks from the end of the examination session during which the examination took place.
In order to help candidates, teachers and parents understand their results we have produced Assessment Criteria sheets, which explain how to interpret results. The Specifications and Syllabi contain more detailed information regarding how examinations are assessed.
As an additional service it is possible to request a results enquiry which provides extra information regarding a candidate’s result.

The Qualification and accreditation section explains how RAD examinations are accredited and how they relate to other nationally recognised qualifications. It also provides information on the inclusion of our qualifications in the Diplomas for 14-19 year old students and UCAS tariff points.
