The Royal Academy of Dance offers a wide range of courses, classes and workshops for young people
As an employee, you will have 25 days paid holiday per year (pro rata if working part of the year) in addition to public holidays. The holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Depending on business needs, the Academy may close prior to and between the Christmas and New Year public holidays.
A stakeholder contributory pension scheme is available to all employees. Employees can join the scheme on appointment by contributing a minimum of 2.5% of his or her salary. Once an employee has completed 12 months of service, his or her contribution will be topped up by the Academy’s additional contribution of 5% of the employee's salary.
If you are employed as an academic member of staff in the Faculty of Education you automatically become a member of the Teachers Pension scheme, unless you decide to opt out.

Employees may purchase goods from the RAD Shop with a 10% discount. They may also attend RAD Dance school adult classes with a 50% discount. Employees’ children may attend dance school and workshops with a 10% discount.
