Location and Facilities

The Philip Richardson library is situated on the first floor towards the rear of the main Academy headquarters building in London. Click here for directions

A lift is available to the first floor. Car parking and assistance for wheelchair users can be provided on request.

The Library can accommodate up to ten people in the central reading area and a further six people in the Keith Lester Reading Room. Facilities are available for viewing videos or DVDs and listening to CDs or audiocassettes. Computing facilities are not generally available within the library. A single workstation is available for the use of CD-ROMs and internet access. Laptops requiring power may be accommodated on request. A self-service photocopier is also available for use within the library.
