Terms and Conditions

1.1 Bookings
a) All Bookings will be dealt with in order of receipt. Payment will be processed within ten working days upon receipt of the application form.
b) Confirmation of a place and further information on the course will be sent after the published closing date.

1.2 Attendance
a) Participants of 16 or 17 years can attend any course, providing they are accompanied by their teacher or have their teacher’s written permission.

1.3 Withdrawals and refunds
Participants who withdraw voluntarily will have their tuition fees refunded, subject to the clauses below:

a) Withdrawals made by the applicant on or after the closing date will incur a 50% administration charge.
b) Withdrawals made by the applicant prior to the closing date will incur a 10% administration charge.
c) Withdrawals made on or after the closing date where a medical certificate is produced will incur a 10% administration charge.

1.4 Cancellation of Course
The Royal Academy of Dance may cancel courses if it fails to attract a viable number of
participants by the closing date. Full refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

1.5 Insurance
Participants are advised to consider taking out insurance against withdrawal due to injury/illness or requiring medical treatment or hospitalisation; or due to personal or family reason, which might prevent them attending any course.

1.6 Content
The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised programme and faculty without prior notice. The information in this and any other printed or electronic brochure/notice was correct at the time of printing or going on-line.

1.7 Discounts
Participants in fulltime education will receive a 50% discount of the advertised fee with proof of student status e.g. Student Union Card.

1.8 Waiver
Physical contact may be necessary by members of the teaching faculty
